Joyce Aiko McCulloch is the founder of Ai Inclusion LLC, a Leadership, People Processes,  and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging consulting company focused on strategy, leadership, and transformation of corporate culture.

Using her deep Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and broad human resources expertise, she develops intentionally inclusive leaders and creates highly engaged workforces.

Throughout her career, Joyce gained diverse industry experience including legal staffing, hospitality, wireless communications, management consulting, real estate, and energy. She mastered her leadership and change expertise while working in Big Four and Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte, Hilton, and Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E).

Joyce double majored in Psychology and Economics while attending UC Santa Cruz, examining human behavior via two fields of study. 

Outside of work, she delights in “train cruising” and soaking in natural hot springs in Japan.
